The application regularly polls for these statement files at pre-defined time slots, ensuring that the latest information is always available. The system is capable of parsing BAI2 format files, extracting relevant transaction data, processing it, and storing it in a secure manner. Users can easily view and manage all the relevant transactions from each file using the intuitive UI provided by the application. The application also performs proactive actions such as sending email alerts for predefined scenarios such as low deposits and generating notification alerts for missing files. Comprehensive reporting capabilities allow users to generate PDF/CSV reports and retrieve detailed transaction information based on various criteria.
