Responsibilities

• Design and build applications on native as well as cross mobile platforms
• Implement, unit test, debug and integrate code of high complexity
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Writing high quality optimized code
• Requirements understanding and analysis
• Maintain technical specification documentation
• Assistance in creating software specification and software design
• Effective use of development, debugging and testing tools
• Lead development efforts, write code for core components
• Technical guidance to the team members in all aspects of development to produce high quality and efficient code
• Responsible for understanding and reviewing the code as per the scope of the project
• Coordination with the customer on technical matters

Requirements

• BE in CS / IT, MSc CS, MCS, MCA Science
• 6-7 years hands-on experience in mobile application development using React native
• Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience of developing iOS applications using Objective-C with Swift
• Hands on experience of uploading the builds on market stores
• Capable of architecting, designing, developing and unit testing complex applications
• Proficient in Typescript with JavaScript
• Experience with native build tools, like XCode/Android Studio
• Highly proficient in one or more libraries (e.g. Redux, React Router, etc) forstate managing and routing in addition to React
• Familiarity with Unit Testing frameworks
• Excellent logic development and analytical skills
• Technically strong in design & development
• Strong communication / presentation skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team and lead a project to completion
• An exposure to agile development practices will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements effectively
• Design and prototype user interfaces, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetic appeal
• Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative design processes
• Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI issues, such as responsiveness and usability to enhance overall user experience
• Conduct user research activities, including usability testing and user interviews to inform design decisions
• Adhere to established style standards for fonts, colors and images, maintaining brand consistency across all designs
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of UX processes, design methodologies and User-Centered Design (UCD) principles

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field with a focus on UX/UI design
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software
• Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with development teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, such as usability testing, personal development and journey mapping
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to ensure designs are usable by all individuals
• Knowledge of responsive design principles to create interfaces that function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in UX/UI design
